Real-time quantitative PCR analysis of RNA extracted from whole blood from dengue infected patients

Human RNA extracted from whole blood was evaluated for a panel of genes to identify uncomplicated from severe dengue patients qPCR gene expresion profiling. RNA from whole blood from dengue infected patients or healthy controls was used. Equal amount of total RNA from each donor was used.
