The T cell Receptor Sequencing dataset contains 84 files related to T cell receptor sequences obtained using ImmunoSeq by Adaptive Biotechnologies and phenotype metadata from 23 patients enrolled on a phase II clinical trial of neoadjuvant immune checkpoint blockade in high-risk resectable melanoma at MD Anderson Cancer Center (NCT02519322).
