Dataset comprises of Ig transcript repertoire and proteomics data from three donors with hybrid immunity to SARS-CoV-2. The repertoires comprise of 10X Geneomics single-cell VDJ and bulk BCR sequencing of heavy and light chains, and are available in gzipped airrseq file format. Proteomics data was generated on an anti-Spike, anti-RBD, and flow-through fractions for each donor. Each fraction was split into heavy and light chains, and heavy chains were digested with chymotrypsin (chymo), elastase (elas), pepsin (peps), and trypsin (tryp), and analyzed with a 2hr MS/MS acquisition method on an ThermoFisher Eclipse Orbitrap instrument. Spectra are povided in tar gzipped MGF file format.
