Data Set of Wheat Oriented Planting Experiment from 2020 to 2021

Determine the effect of seed orientation planting on root distribution and the mechanism of the effect of seed orientation on wheat yield. Experiments on different orientations of winter wheat seeds were carried out. Seedling emergence time, aboveground biomass at jointing stage, flowering stage and filling stage (only harvest stage in bucket experiment), spike number (flowering stage), grain number per spike, yield, soil water content at jointing stage and filling stage (only harvest stage in bucket experiment), root length, root biomass, specific root length at flowering stage, root growth rate and root growth angle at seedling stage.
