WorldWater validation samples

This data collection include the sample locations and reference labelling collected over the test sites used in the WorldWater Round Robin  inter-comparison of inland surface water detection and monitoring algorithms using Sentinel-1, Sentinel-2 and Landsat 8 imagery. The data can be used as is, but there is also the opportunity to optimize/correct by filtering the sample points – for example to exclude uncertain points (details provided in enclosed Readme file.
