Environmental coordination of seedling traits under mammal-defaunation in tropical rainforests

The dataset and R scripts were utilized to conduct the statistical analyses of the MSc research project, which focused on the impact of mammal defaunation on the functional traits of seedlings in a tropical forest. The repository contains raw and processed data, in addition to annotated R scripts that are utilized to reproduce the statistical models and figures presented in the study.
