Smooth muscle cells from the human coronary artery were treated either with Ad-CMV-null or Ad-CMV-MYOCD, i.e. adenoviruses that express nothing or myocardin under control of CMV promoter. There are 4 virus induced and 4 control samples: CMV - control, MYO - virus induced. We tested how overexpression of myocardin affects other genes.
