Attenuated epigenetic suppression of muscle stem cell necroptosis is required for efficient regeneration of dystrophic muscle [RNA-seq 2]

We performed a thorough study to analyze the epigenetic suppression of genes enabling programmed cell death as part of the muscle regeneration program. Overall design: RNA-seq experiment of activated satellite cells (ASC) of WT MuSCs that were co-cultured in a transwell assay.WT, mdx and mdx/Ripk3mKO MuSCs were grown in the upper transwell; in the lower well single WT MuSCs were grown in monolayer. 72 hrs post conditioning, samples were harvested for RNAseq analysis.
