Sequencing of Halomonas isolated from North Pond Pore Water and mutations that arise post adaptive evolution

The study aims to identify genes essential to low-nutrient environments by utilizing cells isolated from an extremely nutrient-restricted environments, adapting them to a high-nutrient conditions, then determining populations that no longer able to grow where they came from, and identifying the mutations that arises.
