NELA-GT-2020

It contains nearly 1.8 million news articles from 519 sources collected between January 1, 2020 and December 31, 2020. Similar to NELA-GT-2018 and NELA-GT-2019, these sources cover a broad spectrum of mainstream and alternative news outlets. The dataset includes source-level ground truth labels from Media Bias/Fact Check (MBFC), which encompass multiple dimensions of news authenticity. Furthermore, a novel addition to the 2020 dataset is the tweets embedded within the collected news articles, adding an extra layer of information to the dataset.
