收藏资源简介:
This Zenodo record contains genomic datasets, manuscript supplemental files, and additional supporting data associated with the preprint: Gene conversion is a key driver of diversity hotspots in Mycobacterium tuberculosis antigens and virulence-associated lociMaximillian G. The genome data are provided in two study-specific datasets. The primary dataset, Mtb151CI, contains 151 complete M. tuberculosis genomes used for the main analyses in the manuscript. It is available in two equivalent formats: as a highly compressed .agc archive and as a .tar.gz archive containing the same genomes as individual FASTA files. The secondary dataset, TBP22CI, is specific to the resequencing analysis of TGEN M. tuberculosis isolates. This Zenodo record includes the following files: Marin2026.Mtb.CompleteHybridAsms.Mtb151CI.WiH37Rv.agcHighly compressed AGC archive of the primary Mtb151CI genome dataset. Marin2026.Mtb.CompleteHybridAsms.Mtb151CI.tar.gzTar-gzipped archive containing the same Mtb151CI genomes as separate FASTA files. Marin2026.Mtb.CompleteHybridAsms.TBP22CI.WiH37Rv.agcHighly compressed AGC archive of the TBP22CI resequencing-validation dataset. Marin2026.Mtb.CompleteHybridAsms.TBP22CI.tar.gzTar-gzipped archive containing the same TBP22CI genomes as separate FASTA files. 2_MtbGC_Manuscript_SupplementalFiles.zipArchive containing the manuscript supplemental data tables and related supporting files. Each supplemental Excel table is also accompanied by TSV versions of the tabular data contained in the workbook. 3_MtbGC_AdditionalSupportingDataAndResults.zipArchive containing additional supporting data, intermediate analysis outputs, and other results relevant to the study. For both Mtb151CI and TBP22CI, the .agc and .tar.gz files contain the same underlying genome sequences and are provided as alternative formats for storage efficiency and ease of reuse.
