e-reefs cruise November-December 2012, Cairns to Thursday Island, HPLC Pigment and Ocean Colour Data

This record contains data collected from a total of 29 stations on the MV Trinity Bay, from Cairns to Thursday Island. Samples were collected between November 30 and December 4, 2012. The data can be used for Ocean Colour sensor validation. Parameters measured include Total Suspended Particulate Matter (TSM), including the organic and inorganic fractions; the absorption coefficients of the particulate and dissolved components of the water column and the phytoplankton pigment concentration and composition.
