Fecal microbiome of mother-infant pairs

We analyzed collectively the sequencing datasets of bacterial 16S full-length rRNA gene in gut microbiome of 54 mother-infant dyads. Our efforts were focused on studying longitudinal changes of HRB groups, particularly at the species- and strain-level, within and between mother-infant pairs in different stages of lactation among three different genetically distant ethnic groups during early life.
