Metagenomes and metatranscriptomes from tetrachloroethene-dechlorinating consortium SDC-9 growing in the presence and absence of biochar

The purposel of this study was to retrieve metagenomic and metatranscriptomic sequence information from a consortium (SDC-9) containing organohalide-respiring bacteria (OHRB) that convert teatrachloroethene to ethene.
