This project explores the use of Oxford Nanopore adaptive sampling for DNA methylation profiling of age-associated and body fluid-specific markers. By selectively enriching CpG sites in real-time, this approach enables comprehensive methylation analysis without the need for specialized biochemical treatments. Our findings demonstrate the feasibility of adaptive sampling for accurate methylation detection, with strong consistency to whole-genome bisulfite sequencing.
