Transcriptomic analysis of MRSA treated with AMP-36

This project investigates the transcriptional response of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) to the antimicrobial peptide AMP-36. RNA sequencing was performed to compare gene expression profiles between untreated MRSA cultures and MRSA treated with AMP-36. Differential gene expression analysis was conducted to identify pathways and biological processes associated with the antibacterial mechanism of AMP-36. Each experimental condition included three biological replicates.
