MDOT SHA One Maryland One Centerline (OMOC) Network is the official linear referencing system (LRS) and comprehensive route network for the State of Maryland. This data product is owned & maintained by the MDOT SHA Office of Planning & Preliminary Engineering (OPPE), specifically under the MDOT SHA OPPE Data Services Division (DSD) State & Local Unit.
