Diplotaxodon genome-wide SNP data

This dataset is part of the study "Widespread genetic signals of visual system adaptation in deepwater cichlid fishes" [DOI to be added upon publication] and contains single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) data in Variant Call Format (VCF) for 79 Diplotaxodon samples (see Supplementary Data 3 of the publication). Please cite the original study when using these data. Checksums provided for individual data files for integrity verification. This dataset accompanies the archived code and data available at https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.15602855. This data is made available on an open access basis for research use only. Any person who wishes to use this data for any form of commercial purpose must first enter into a commercial licensing and benefit sharing arrangement with the Government of Malawi.
