Exome sequencing of plasma DNA in patients receiving palbociclib and fulvestrant in the PALOMA-3 trial

Whole exome sequencing of the plasma DNA of patients with advanced estrogen receptor positive breast cancer treated with palbociclib and fulvestrant within the PALOMA-3 trial.Data are from 16 patients with paired pre and post treatment samples, with the analysis aiming to find mutations that lead to treatment resistance. Matched buffy coat is provided for 5 of the patient cohort.
