Human epidermal keratinocytes-neonatal(HEKs )sequencing

Human epidermal keratinocytes-neonatal( HEKs) were purchased from Sciencell Company (Carlsbad, CA, USA). To study the function of hsa-miR-194-5p, HEKs transfected with hsa-miR-194-5p (HEKs-miR-194-5p )and HEKs transfected with the negative control (HEKs-NC) were constructed. Purified total RNA from HEKs-miR-194-5p and HEKs-NC were extracted and sent to Yingbio (Shanghai, China) for construction of mRNA libraries using VAHTSTM Total RNA-seq (H/M/R) Library Prep Kit (#NR603, Vazyme Biotech) and mRNA sequencing. The experiment was repeated three times.
