Associated Dataset for Genome-wide DNA methylation patterns in bumble bee (Bombus vosnesenskii) populations from spatial-environmental range extremes

The dataset contains the final methylation call set (n=14,627,533), variant calling file for population genomics analyses, analysis codes/scripts, and other associated files related to the research (Constitutive and variable patterns of genome-wide DNA methylation in populations from spatial-environmental range extremes of the bumble bee <em>Bombus vosnesenskii)</em>.
