Data S1. The COI (mitochondrial cytochrome oxidase I) sequences of 249 fungus gnat species sampled from Arisaema, used for pollinator identification and phylogenetic reconstruction. Data S2. Sequences of four plastid non-coding regions (trnL–trnF, rpl20–rps12, psbB–psbH, and rpoC2–rps2) of Arisaema. The sequences of A. biauriculatum, A. silvestrii, and A. sp. 1 were generated in this study; sequences for the remaining 23 species were obtained from Ohi-Toma et al. (2016).
