RNA seq analysis of M2 macrophages from mice administered 3 phenylpropionic acid under cold conditions for 14 days treated with control or 10 uM 3 phenylpropionic acid for 4 days

This study utilized RNA seq to investigate the effects of 3 phenylpropionic acid on M2 macrophages. M2 macrophages were isolated from mice after a 14 days cold acclimation period, during which the mice received either control or 3 PPA supplemented water. These macrophages were then treated in vitro with control or 10 uM 3-PPA for 4 days prior to RNA-seq analysis.
