Cells from the KP4 cell line were subjected to single-cell ATAC-seq and scRNA-seq to question whether the PDA MAPK positive and negative states represent stable and epigenetically distinct cell states. Overall design: Nuclei from KP4 were isolated and profiled by both gene expression and open chromatin using 10x Genomics Chromium Single Cell ATAC-Seq microfluidic cell processing.
