This series consists of unregistered records maintained by the State Electoral Office and its successor agency, the Victorian Electoral Commission. It is not known why these files/records were not registered.The registered files are located in VPRS 16351.This series includes:- agenda, minutes and associated papers for State Electoral Office Management meetings and Planning meetings,- files relating to writs issued by the Governor for Legislative Assembly and Legislative Council elections,- report to Parliament on the Administration of the 1996 Victorian State Election,- report on the secondment of an officer to an election overseas,- submission to the Electoral Boundaries Commission.
