Microorganisms were captured on a 0.1 µm filter. Metagenomes were generated on an Illumina NovaSeq platform with SP flowcell. 16S ribosomal RNA gene amplicons (V3-V4) were PCR amplified using 341F-805R primer pair. 18S rRNA gene amplicons (V4-V5) were amplified using 454F-981R primer pair.
