资源简介：
PTTM is a pan-cancer, interactive atlas of the tissue microbiome across 15 tumor types, built from 7 104 NCBI-SRA samples. It provides decontaminated microbial profiles, diversity and composition plots, machine-learning classifiers distinguishing tumor versus adjacent normal tissues, and curated bacteria–gene association pairs. The web interface lets users query, visualize and download all results.
