In order to conduct to comprehensive and systematic analysis of genomic characteristics of C. nasus taihuensis, a freshwater resident individual from Taihu Lake was selected as the experimental object to construct the first complete, gapfree reference genome of C. nasus taihuensis by combining PacBio HiFi and ONT ultra-long sequencing and Hi-C sequencing data.
