Unilateral EMG-Guided Botulinum Toxin for Retrograde Cricopharyngeus Dysfunction: A Prospective Clinical and Neurophysiological Study

This dataset includes anonymized clinical, demographic, and follow-up data from 67 patients treated for Retrograde Cricopharyngeal Dysfunction (R-CPD). It contains information collected at baseline and at 1- and 4-month follow-ups after botulinum toxin injection. Baseline data cover patient demographics, clinical and anamnestic features, as well as behavioral aspects such as food and social avoidance and perceived quality of life. Follow-up data report changes in these domains, including symptom improvement or persistence and overall impact on quality of life. The dataset also includes responses to a structured symptom questionnaire. All data are fully anonymized and were collected as part of routine clinical evaluation, with informed consent obtained for use in research.
