Scaffolding genomes of wild isolates of Caenorhabditis elegans using HiC (Dovetail). Scaffolding genomes of wild isolates of Caenorhabditis elegans using HiC (Dovetail); long read sequencing technologies have tremendously improved the quality of genomes of wild isolates of C. elegans. However, dozens of gaps remain in the final assemblies due to repetitive elements in the genome. In this study, we have produced HiC data in order to scaffold the contigs without the biased use of a reference genome. This data is part of a pre-publication release.
