Transcriptional profiling of lung cancer cell expressing MET wt and its variant

Lung cancer cells expressing polymorphic MET-N375S demonstrated enhanced oncogenic phenotype. The transcriptional profile of isogenic lung cancer cells overexpressing each MET isoform were compared to elucidate mechanisms leading to the observed phenotype. Overall design: RNAseq analyses of H2170 cells overexpressing METwt and MET-N375S variant.
