Purpose: RNA-seq analysis of gene expression in Th0 cells from wild-type and Setd2-CD4 cre mice. The goals of this study are to compared the gene expression between wildtype and Setd2-CD4 cre mice Th0 cells by RNA-seq analysise. Overall design: Naive CD4+ t cells stimulate with aCD3/CD28 for two days to obtain Th0 cells and then subjected to RNA seq.
