Genome wide identification and characterization of miRNA from Bao rice of Assam. Oryza sativa cultivar:Negeri Bao

Negeri Bao (Bao rice) is a well-known deep-water rice variety from Assam, India. In this study, we have isolated RNA and made 4 small RNA libraries from node and inter-nodes, two each from the control and deep-water treated Negeri Bao with the objective of detection of deep-water specific miRNAs.
