<p><span style="color:black">This dataset contains the results of immunological and molecular analyses conducted on rats exposed to e-cigarette vapor or traditional cigarette smoke. Cytokine concentrations in rat serum were measured using the LEGENDplex™ Rat Th Cytokine Panel (13-plex, BioLegend), analyzed via CytoFlex LX flow cytometer. The panel includes 13 cytokines: IL-10, IFN-γ, IL-5, IL-2, TNF-α, GM-CSF, IL-4, IL-17F, IL-9, IL-17A, IL-13, IL-22, and IL-6. Additionally, real-time qPCR was performed on lung tissues to assess gene expression of NFKB, STAT3, and SOCS3. The dataset also includes immunohistochemical images of lung tissue stained for CXCL2, corresponding to six experimental groups. Data were collected between 2019 and 2025 by a research team from the Medical University of Lublin, Poland.</span></p><p><br /></p><p><span style="color:black">&#xfeff;The author(s) declare that financial support was received for the research and/or publication of this article.
