FRAP-Toolbox Legacy User Guide Test Data

This dataset contains the raw microscopy files and MATLAB-exported result files used by the original FRAP-Toolbox user guide and by the modern Python port's parity tests. The archive is intended to be unpacked at the root of a FRAP-Toolbox checkout as test-data/. The GitHub repository intentionally does not track the complete fixture archive because it is about 1.2 GB. Contents include Zeiss LSM diffusion datasets, Nikon ND2 Reaction 1 and Reaction 2 datasets, the original user guide PDF, MATLAB-exported fit parameter tables, FRAP vectors, and post-bleach profile exports.
