Homeless Sites and Map Grids 2021

Overview This feature service provides a set of known homeless gathering site locations and supporting map grid polygons used for the 2021 Point in Time count mapping workflow. It combines site-level location records with generalized paper-map grid cells that organize field survey coverage for use in planning, navigation, and printed map products. Feature Layers HomelessSites2021: Point-based site records with location, address, city, ZIP code, site hours, agency and office references, notes, and coordinate information. The layer also includes supporting attributes used to track record creation and editing history, along with fields that appear to support map and page linkage. HomelessGrid2021: Polygon grid cells used to structure field maps and associate survey areas with map numbers, page IDs, and grid identifiers. These polygons support printed map layout and field assignment for the count operation.
