Trichophyton mentagrophytes circRNA sequencing

Trichophyton mentagrophytes is considered a model organism for human pathogenic filamentous fungi and dermatophytes. In this experiment, Trichophyton mentagrophytes was used as the research object, and its spores and hyphae were isolated, and the circRNAs related to the growth and development of T. mentagrophytes were screened, identified, and functionally analyzed.
