SPAdes_assemblies.zip<br>This zip-compressed archive contains all UCE assembly files that were generated newly for this sutdy. The archive contains a total of 8 assemblies. The article draws heavily from a previously published paper which can be found under https://doi.org/10.1111/syen.12530 (Phylogeny, biogeography and diversification of the mining beefamily Andrenidae; Systematic Entomology). The respective UCE assembly files can be accessed in the associated FigShare archive (https://doi.org/10.6084/m9.<br>figshare.14593629.v3).<br>2. Phylogeny.nwk<br>This file is the ML IQ-Tree phylogeny (in Newick format). Details on the analyses can be found in the main article.<br>3. Input_files.zip<br>This archive contains several input and config files that were used in the course of the study. It contains the concatenated DNA alignment of the 80% completeness matrix, the respective partition file that designates the individual loci, as well as the model subsets that were estimated with ModelFinderPlus. It further contains the configuration file for Spruecup.<br><br><br>
