基于文献提取的青藏高原植被数据(1996-2022)

本套数据集基于中国知网中已发表的1996到2022年间关于青藏高原区域植被特性的116篇文献,以“青藏高原”和“植被”作为共同关键词搜索,提取包括植被类型、群落组成、优势物种、植被覆盖度、植株高度、优势度指数、Simpson指数、Shannon-Wiener指数、Pielou均匀度指数、物种数、地上生物量、地下生物量等。除此之外,提取的其它信息包括:采样时间,经纬度、海拔、气温、降水、土地利用方式、土壤类型、重复次数等。该数据集可为研究青藏高原区域植被提供数据参考。
This dataset is compiled from 116 peer-reviewed articles published between 1996 and 2022 in CNKI (China National Knowledge Infrastructure) concerning vegetation characteristics of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau region, retrieved using "Qinghai-Tibet Plateau" and "vegetation" as co-keywords. Extracted data include vegetation types, community composition, dominant species, vegetation coverage, plant height, dominance index, Simpson index, Shannon-Wiener index, Pielou evenness index, number of species, aboveground biomass, belowground biomass, and other relevant metrics. Additional collected information covers sampling time, longitude and latitude, altitude, air temperature, precipitation, land use type, soil type, number of replicates, etc. This dataset can serve as a data reference for research on vegetation in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau region.
