Complete genome sequence of Moorella sp. strain Hama-1

Moorella sp. strain Hama-1 isolated from a thermophilic anaerobic digestion reactor treating poly(L-lactic acid) is a thermophilc homoacetogenesis under anaerobic conditions. The strain Hama-1 could utilize L-lactic acid hydrolyzed from PLLA in the reactor. In order to compare genetic features among the members of genus Moorella. A complete genome sequence of the strain Hama-1 was determined.
