资源简介:
Intestinal adaptation is crucial to improving outcomes in short bowel syndrome (SBS). We performed scRNA sequencing of human intestinal organoid explanted from mice with experimental SBS to examine the genes and pathways involved in this adaptation. Human intestinal organoids were grown from human induced pluripotent stem cells and implanted into mice with experimental SBS or a control sham surgery. 25-28 days after surgery, the organoids were harvested genes, pathways and cell types were analyzed with scRNA sequencing.
