Single cell RNA-seq of microglia isolated from different brain regions of WT and 5xFAD mice.

Single cell RNA-seq data were obtained from FACS sorted microglia isolated from different brain regions of 30 weeks old WT and 5xFAD mice to find commonly expressed genes in all clusters. single microglia were sequenced with 3-4 replicate mice per condition. The different brain regions were obtained from the same mice.
