Data from 3405 Chinese NIPS samples were submitted in fastq format. Sequencing was carried out using Illumina Nextseq 500. Single end reads of 75-bp were obtained, and the target coverage is no less than 0.1X.The institutional review board of the Beijing Hospital approved the study. Written informed consent was obtained from all patients.
