Sequencing of Pezicula spp. and their antagonistic microorganisms

The aim of the study was to characterise based on genomic DNA fungal strains of Pezicula sp. (syn. Phlyctema, Neofabraea) causing Bull`s Eye Rot of apples to develop early detection method of this fungi in asymptomatic apples to assess the risk of disease outbreak and antagonistic microbial strains to select active components for innovative targeted biotechnological agricultural solution, namely the microbiological biopreparation, counteracting the negative effects of the development of fungal pathogens of Pezicula spp. (syn. Phlyctema, Neofabraea)
