Minutes of Meeting: Governing Board, 4-6 December 2023

Minutes of the 101st IFLA Governing Board meeting held from 4 to 6 December 2023 in The Hague. The Board addressed strategy development for 2025–2029, transparency and governance, the exclusion of the National Library of Russia, financial updates including the 2024 budget and ANBI status, and IFLA structural processes. Reports were received from advisory committees and preparations for the 2025 WLIC and the IFLA President’s meeting were discussed.
