mRNAs from WT and METTL1 KO cells were subjected to expression profiling using Gene Chip Human Geome U133 Plus 2.0 to unveil transcriptional changes ocurring on these cells. Overall design: total RNA from prostate cancer cells PC3 were extrated using NZYTECH RNA extration kit. Cells were either control CRIPSR (WT) or METTL1KO (using CRISPR). Three replicates were used per condition. A total of 6 samples were analysed.
