Supplementary Materials

Included: specimen photographs, illumiprocessor config file, processed alignments, BaCoCa output, scripts, and tree files for each dataset (ASTRAL and IQ-TREE w/ bootstrap, concordance factors, and quartet sampling values). The assembled contigs could not be uploaded successfully but are available upon request (see below for contact info).
NotesSpecimen names in BaCoCa output, tree files, or illumiprocessor.config may not match exactly with those used in the manuscript. In any case the library codes (e.g. 'LC8') are the same. However, the labels for the sequences 'JC10' and 'JC11' are swapped (e.g. the taxon is called JC10 but is actually JC11, and vice versa), presumably due to a demultiplexing or indexing issue. This error has been corrected in the alignment and contig files (and GenBank SRA submissions).
Please notify me (Chris Cohen; myelaphus [at] gmail.com) if you encounter any misidentifications or errors. The taxon names used in these files will stay as is, but GenBank will be updated.
