How Comfortable Can Winter Be? Evidence from Thermal Walks across Local Climate Zones in a Central European City

Datasets include raw Thermal Sensation Values (TSV) and Standardised Thermal Sensation Values (STSV) as shapefiles. Attached .xlsx file represents measured EnCLOD values of air temperature and mean wind speed during both thermal walks (December 1 2025 and January 28 2026). TSV_OL_2025_2026 - gathered Thermal Sensation Votes (TSV) values with respect to ISO 10551:2019 from both thermal walks conducted on December 1, 2025 (when Christmas market stalls were presented) and on Januravy 28, 2026 (after Christmas period). STSV_OL_2025_2026 - Standardised Thermal Sensation Votes (STSV) values for each participant. Enclod_values.xlsx - Values of average air temperature and mean wind speed during both thermal walks measured by EnCLOD station network.
