A bovine kidney cell genome-wide mutant library was constructed using CRISPR/Cas9 technology. The quality of this mutant library was validated through high-throughput sequencing. Subsequently, the mutant library was infected with bovine parainfluenza virus type 3 (BPIV-3). Surviving cells were collected, and their genomes were extracted for high-throughput sequencing. This process completed the screening of host factors associated with BPIV-3 replication.
