Microbiological communities of sugarcane rhizosphere soil response to diverse PGPB application

Four strains of different bacteria genera (Gluconacetobacter diazotrophicus PAL5, Streptomyces chartreusis WZS021, Bacillus spp. CA1, and Pseudomonas mosselii CN11) were inoculated into two different sugarcane varieties (B8, ROC22) by single or combined inoculation. The effects of single or combined application of PGPRB on soil microbial community composition was detected by high-throughput sequencing assay (HTS) analysis . Therefore, comprehensive elucidation of the interaction mechanism between mixed PGPB and sugarcane is essential for the selection of bacterial strains that will be used individually or in combination as biofertilizers.
